PLUCK IT GAMES
Last updated: 30 August 2026
This privacy policy explains how Pluck It Games handles information in Avoiding Eggstinction.
The game stores gameplay progress, settings, local achievement progress, and run data on the player's device. This information is used to restore the game and apply the player's preferences. Pluck It Games does not receive the contents of this local save data through the game's local-save system.
The game does not include advertising, a separate developer-operated analytics service, crash-reporting service, contacts access, location access, camera access, or microphone access. The Android release offers an optional one-time Google Play purchase that unlocks the full game.
If a player buys the optional full-game unlock, Google Play processes the transaction, payment credentials, purchase account, and purchase status under Google's policies. Pluck It Games does not receive or store payment credentials and does not operate a payment backend. The game stores a local entitlement cache so a previously verified unlock can remain available during temporary offline play. The Android release rechecks the entitlement with Google Play on startup, after purchase, and when Restore is pressed. The entitlement is not included in the game's Play Games cloud-save payload.
The Android release uses Google Play Games Services v2 as an optional platform feature. When a player uses Play Games, Google may process the player's gamer identity, such as a Play Games profile name or avatar, authentication state, achievements, leaderboard scores, and technical or device information needed to provide, secure, diagnose, and improve the service. Google Play Games Services may also collect service analytics and diagnostics.
Avoiding Eggstinction sends achievement unlock or progress events and leaderboard scores to Google Play Games Services when the player is signed in. When cloud save is enabled and the player is signed in, the game also sends a versioned save snapshot containing gameplay progression, settings, and the current resumable run so it can be restored on another Android device. The snapshot is an unstructured game-data blob; Pluck It Games does not receive or operate a separate copy of it.
Play Games Services is used for platform identity, achievements, leaderboards, and optional cloud save; it is not the game's primary account, inventory, or currency backend. The game keeps a local save as an offline fallback. When cloud-save progress conflicts with local progress, the game asks the player which version to keep. The local save remains available if syncing fails.
Google operates Play Games Services under Google's Privacy Policy and Google Play Games terms. Data sent through the service is encrypted in transit. Players can manage their Play Games profile and connected games, and can delete Play Games data through their Play Games profile or Google Account settings.
The current Android build does not enable the optional Play Integrity API. Google Play Games Services and Google Play may apply their own licensing and access checks when the game is installed or used through Google Play. Play Games requests can fail for an installation that is not licensed through Google Play. These checks are performed by Google and are not a separate developer-operated anti-piracy service.
Pluck It Games does not sell personal information. Local save data remains on the device until the player removes it, uninstalls the game, or clears the app's storage. Cloud-save data and its retention are managed by Google Play Games under Google's policies and settings. Pluck It Games does not operate an online game account or backend that stores the player's save, inventory, or currency.
The game is not directed specifically at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
